01Which ticket category do I need?+
The Festival Day Ticket covers Hall 8. Festival + Concert also includes the selected day’s concert in Hall 3. VIP additionally includes access to the designated VIP area.
02Can I mix different days and categories?+
Yes. Choose the required quantity for every day and category; all tickets appear together in one summary.
03Do children enter free?+
Children aged 0–6 attend the festival free of charge. They may attend the concert with concert-ticket-holding parents, subject to capacity, safety and youth protection rules. VIP is strictly 12+.
04May I bring food or drinks?+
Outside food and drinks, including water, are not permitted. Baby food and medically necessary food or liquids are allowed after inspection.
05May I bring perfume or glass containers?+
No. Perfume bottles and glass containers brought from outside are not permitted on the festival or concert grounds.
06Are pets or dogs allowed?+
Pets and dogs are not permitted. Recognised assistance dogs are exempt from this rule.
07May I leave and re-enter the venue?+
Yes. You will receive a control stamp when leaving. Re-entry is valid on the same event day and requires another security check.
08Where are the festival and concert?+
Food, shopping, family and the daytime programme are in Hall 8. Concerts are in Hall 3, with admission from 18:00.
