This information covers the website, guest ticket purchases and festival visits. Service details are updated whenever the technical setup changes.
1. Our commitment
Kazel Expo develops the website and ticket journey so they can be used without particular difficulty and generally without assistance. We work towards WCAG 2.2 AA and the applicable requirements of Germany’s Accessibility Strengthening Act and its regulation for e-commerce services.
The digital journey is reviewed again after functional or design changes. When external payment or wallet services are used, their actual interface is included in the review.
2. Scope
The scope covers navigation, language selection, festival listings and details, ticket selection, basket, guest checkout, forms, consent settings, legal pages and external media. External payment dialogs, ticket files and wallet functions in use are included as well.
3. Measures
- Full keyboard operation and visible focus
- Adequate contrast, scalable text and clear headings
- Labelled forms, buttons, quantity controls and status messages
- No essential information communicated by colour alone
- Mobile purchasing with sufficiently large controls
- Alternative text or accessible names for meaningful images and icons
- Reduced motion following the device setting
4. Tickets and documents
Ticket selection, basket and guest checkout are designed for keyboard and smartphone use. Payment dialogs, PDF tickets and wallet passes in use are also included in keyboard, screen-reader and smartphone testing. Error and payment states are described clearly and do not rely on colour alone.
Companion rules for disability cards are not final, so no blanket free companion promise is made. The confirmed rule will be published clearly before each ticket sale.
5. Report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another accessible format, email info@kazelexpo.com. Please identify the page or function, device or assistive technology and briefly describe the problem.
We review feedback and aim to provide an accessible alternative or correction. Mandatory complaint and enforcement rights remain unaffected.
6. Status and next review
This information was prepared on 2 September 2026. The website, purchase journey, payment providers, ticket documents and embedded services are reviewed again after material changes and at appropriate intervals.
If translations differ, the German version prevails unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
