This information covers the website, guest ticket purchases and festival visits. Service details are updated whenever the technical setup changes.
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to online purchases of digital admission tickets and wallet passes for events run by Kazel Eventagentur. The contracting party is Kazel Eventagentur, owner Kemal Kazel, Wilfried-Diekmann-Straße 20b, 44536 Lünen, Deutschland, email info@kazelexpo.com.
Kazel Eventagentur issues and supplies the tickets unless the specific offer expressly names another organiser. Customer terms apply only if we expressly agree. Changes apply only to future orders and do not alter contracts already concluded.
2. Permitted shop use
The shop may be used to obtain event information and lawfully purchase tickets. Automated scraping, circumvention of technical limits, manipulation of checkout, abusive reservation of stock and deliberate overloading are prohibited.
Content may be used within statutory permissions and for private purposes. Framing, automated reproduction or commercial reuse requires prior permission unless the law permits it. Misuse may lead to cancellation after review and legal action.
3. Order and contract formation
Tickets are ordered only as a guest, without registration, login or account. The customer selects festival, day, category and quantity, provides first and last name, a confirmed email address and only genuinely required billing and payment data, and can correct errors before submission.
A product display is not a binding offer. The clearly labelled payment button submits the customer’s binding offer. An automated order-receipt message only records receipt and is not yet acceptance.
The contract is formed by a separate purchase confirmation or supply of the ticket. Contract and order details are retained as required by law and made electronically available with the contractual information.
4. Delivery, checking and resend
After purchase, tickets are provided on the confirmation page and by email as PDF and, where available, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. PDFs may be shown on a mobile device or printed legibly. An account is not mandatory.
Customers should promptly check email, event, date, category and quantity and report visible errors to info@kazelexpo.com. A late report does not remove mandatory rights but may make correction before the event harder.
A lost or deleted ticket may be resent to the purchase email after verification. Identity and order proof may be required. A lost code remains open to misuse until expressly blocked.
5. Categories, children and capacity
Children aged 0–6 need no ticket and enter the festival free with a responsible adult. If accompanying parents or guardians hold concert tickets, those children may join them in the concert area, subject to capacity, safety, venue rules and youth-protection law.
Children under 12 may not enter VIP. From age 7, an appropriate ticket is required. Proof of age may be requested. No blanket free companion policy for disability cards is confirmed yet; the rule published before each sale applies.
Prices and allocations vary by festival, day and category. The cart and checkout display immediately before the order is submitted is binding.
- Festival day ticket: entry to the festival grounds on the selected day
- Festival + concert: festival and concert admission subject to stated capacity
- Festival + concert + VIP: also entry to the designated VIP area; VIP is 12+ only
6. Prices, payment, invoice and promo codes
Displayed final prices include VAT. The total is due when the contract is formed. Checkout may offer Stripe methods such as card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay plus PayPal; some depend on provider approval.
A failed payment, chargeback or valid transaction cancellation may result in the ticket being blocked. There is no admission right until full payment; statutory rights concerning unauthorised charges remain.
Invoices are supplied electronically, normally as PDF by email. Paper is required only if law or a separate agreement says so.
Promo codes and discounts follow their displayed conditions. Unless stated otherwise they are single-use, redeemable during checkout only, and one per order; retrospective credit or cash payment is excluded unless mandatory law requires it.
7. No withdrawal right for dated tickets
Under section 312g(2)(9) BGB there is generally no statutory withdrawal right for leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period. Dated Kazel Expo tickets normally fall within this exception.
The order is therefore binding after contract formation. Non-use, illness, late arrival or personal inability to attend does not alone create a cancellation or refund right. Voluntary goodwill and mandatory statutory claims remain possible.
8. Private transfer, resale and ticket code
A non-personalised ticket may be privately passed to family or friends. A ticket expressly made personal may be transferred only under the offer rules or after approved reissue.
Purchase for commercial or profit-making resale, bulk public auctioning, copying, alteration or manipulation is prohibited without permission. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Each barcode or QR code is valid once and redeemed electronically. If identical codes are presented, normally only the first valid scan enters. Keep tickets like a value document and never publish the code as an image.
9. Cancellation, postponement and programme changes
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded through the stated route and digital tickets are invalidated without needing return.
For a new date or venue, statutory rights apply. Refund may be available where attendance is unreasonable considering the customer’s legitimate interests. The notice will state the process and reasonable deadline.
Minor changes to timings, exhibitors, individual programme items or artists do not normally create a refund right. If removal of a centrally promoted core element materially changes the event’s overall character, rights are assessed under the facts and law.
We announce cancellations and material changes on the website and, where contact data and circumstances permit, by email. Travel, accommodation and consequential expense is reimbursed only where mandatory liability applies.
10. Admission, venue rules and prohibited items
Admission requires a valid unused ticket or the published child exception. Age, bag, person and ticket checks may be carried out. The Visitor rules, youth protection, safety and venue rules also apply.
Outside food and drinks, including water, are prohibited. Baby food and medically necessary food or liquids are excepted after plausible explanation and security inspection. Perfume bottles and containers that cannot be safely checked are prohibited.
Animals are prohibited except recognised assistance dogs. Weapons, dangerous items, pyrotechnics, unlawful substances, violence, discrimination and serious disruption may lead to refusal or removal. Refund may be denied where proportionate and lawful following a serious attributable breach.
11. Leaving and re-entry
Same-day re-entry is allowed only when the visitor obtains the designated stamp before leaving and presents both the valid ticket and stamp on return. Without both, re-entry may be refused.
Re-entry applies only on the same day, remains subject to safety and capacity controls and does not guarantee a particular place or area.
12. Photography and filming
Events are photographed and filmed for reporting, press, social media, promotion and long-term documentation. Notices appear online and at entrances. The Privacy policy explains legal bases, objection, consent and retention.
Visitors with specific concerns should speak to the media or entry team before entering a clearly recognisable filming area where possible. Personal photography is allowed only where other people’s rights, artist and venue rules and safety are respected.
13. Liability
Kazel Eventagentur has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and all mandatory statutory liability.
For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to damage typically foreseeable at contract formation. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded where legally permitted.
The same limits apply to representatives and agents. Guarantees, product-liability claims and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Governing law and final terms
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protection in a consumer’s country of habitual residence remains unaffected.
No exclusive venue at Kazel Eventagentur’s registered place is imposed on consumers. Statutory venue agreements for businesses remain possible.
If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue and statutory law replaces it. No interpretation preserving an invalid term to the customer’s detriment is agreed. The contract language is German; translations aid understanding without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
If translations differ, the German version prevails unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
